As someone who's bought, sold, (...and built, and renovated) several houses over the years, I am very aware of the impacts a home inspection has on the lives of both buyers and sellers.  The "escrow period" can be a very emotional and stressful time.  My goal is to not add to that stress, by providing a thorough and objective assessment of your future home, and provide it in a timely manner, to support you in your process.  I encourage you to call me and discuss any issue or questions you may have prior to, or post-inspection.  

Scott grew up in Maine and split his time between Augusta and West Gardiner,  His father was a home builder and Scott spent his summers working with his dad.  He graduated from Hebron academy and went on to receive his bachelors degree from the University of Vermont in Small Business Management.  After college, Scott moved to Arizona where he worked in the construction field for over 25 years.  Scott was a partner in a commercial paint and contracting company for 16 years until deciding to move back to be closer to family. Now, Scott is happy to be back home, in Maine.
